Tomyam putih versi aku

Assalamualaikum
Life as student masih macam biasa it still another years .... 
Well mggu ni kira minggu kuliah lepas cuti raya haji or eiduladha

Esk 1 oct 2015 or should i say today will be grand opening for Aman Central@Alor Setar

Hahaha kalau rajin nk sesak kan diri dengan org ramai blh la pergi esk biasa la first day nak open sure ramai org.. Lg pun mmg org2 loq staq duk tggu lama dah 

sebenarnya nk tulis ni pasal tomyam putih je 
Haha
Meh nk bg resepi sikit sbb td de masak bnda ni kat asrama

Bahan2
Daun limau purut(4-5 helai)
Limau nipis(2-4 biji) bergantung korang nk rasa masam tahap berapa
Serai(3-5 btg)
Halia(3/4 hirisan)
Bawang putih (lg byk lg bagus) hehe
Bawang holland 1 biji dh cukup kot unless korang mmg nk mkn bawang mcm tomyam kat kedai
Tomato - ikut suka
Lauk pulak ikut suka
Ayam , udang, sotong??
Sayur : saderi/lobak merah/bunga kobis/cendawan/putik jagung
Campur la serba sedikit

Note : kuantiti bahan2 bergantung kpd brp byk nak masak ok

Cara2 nk masak
Actually ada dua sama ada korang nk tumis atau tak bergantung la kpd korang 

Utk tumis
Tumiskan Bawang putih+ halia dulu 
Blh letak serai blh sebatang dua dulu n jgk daun limau purut sehelai dua masa tumis ni
Bg garing masuk kan lauk korang 
Masa ni letak sekali la garam sikit
Hehe
Dh cun letak la air@ayaq
Then bg didih sikit 
Masukkn la serai ngn daun limau yg lebih tu
( daun limau xperlu byk dlm 4-6 helai je semua)
Lps tu cuba la rasa cukup garam gula tak
Perahkan limau nipis utk dptkan rasa masam tu
Lps tu masukkan sayuran korang 
Tutup api dapur
Hidang
Leh makan

Ni tomyam versi budak laki masak kat asrama la haha
